Free Help Desk Software – Helping You Build Customer Support
admin | September 2, 2009 | 2:33 pm | Office Cleaning | No comments

If you have an online business, you can’t afford to spend too much time answering each and every customer’s query; however, you can afford the free help desk software that’ll do those tasks for you. There are many types of free help desk softwares. Some are available for free, and some are available on a trial basis.

Choosing One

Since there’re so many free help desk softwares, you need to do your homework before getting one. Compare several of them and see which one is gives you the features you need for your business. Read the user reviews about the help desk software that you’re interested in. These reviews will give you an idea as to how effective that particular software is.

Be careful about getting help desk software from companies offering it for free. It might not have all the features you need. Or, it might run into some technical problem after a while. The best thing to do is try the free help desk software trial version, and then buy the software if you’re satisfied.

No Security Problems

While installing the free help desk software, you don’t have to worry about security issues. The free help desk software has built-in protection against spamming, denial of service attacks and viruses. These softwares use the standard E-mail ID login system. Therefore, only genuine customers can access the site for queries.

Installing the free help desk software is easy. You don’t need to get extensive training to run it, and once you’ve installed it, you can sit back and let it answer all those queries from your customers. Meanwhile, you can focus on expanding your business. This will save you time, effort, and money.

Customer service is a very important part of any business, and no company can afford to ignore them. The free help desk software lets you look after your customers, without neglecting the other aspects of your business. The help desk software will answer all their queries, and it’ll direct all the queries to the relevant departments. These queries will then be answered in a timely fashion. The help desk software keeps your customers happy, and this is indeed good for any business — happy, satisfied customers!

Even though the free help desk software is effective in answering customer queries, sometimes an answer might not reach a customer due to the anti-spam software. In this case, the best thing to do is to keep an eye on your inbox for any customer queries.

To remain above competition, you should get your free help desk software as quickly as possible. Why should you let your competitors have an advantage over your business? While the help desk software builds your customer support, you can concentrate on building your business.

Using Legal Auto Dialers To Find Customers
admin | June 24, 2009 | 8:38 pm | Office Cleaning | No comments

It sounds too good to be true – the autodialer dials your list of contacts, and customers call you back just a few minutes later. The question on many peoples’ minds is “Is this really legal?” if you take the time to know the law and follow it, using legal auto dialers to reach your customers can be a dream come true. If you don’t do your homework, it can result in thousands of dollars in legal fees.

First of all, don’t be fooled by services that advertise “legal auto dialer”. There are quite a few laws, both federal and state, that control the use of autodialer equipment, but the equipment has never been outlawed entirely. Contact the FCC office in Washington, DC to get a copy of the 1991 TCPA guidelines that govern cold-call telephone solicitation. You might try contacting your local Public Utility Commission and your State Attorney General for a copy of state guidelines.

The most important federal laws that govern use of your chosen autodialer software are those that pertain to the Do Not Call list. Downloading a copy of the Do Not Call list for the zip codes you are marketing to is an absolute must. Luckily, you can go to the federal website at http://telemarketing.donotcall.gov/ to download the list for as many as five zip codes, free of charge.

The other important regulation is the 2% rule. The FCC and FTC have ruled that  legal auto dialers must not cause more than a 2% call drop for call recipients during your businesses’ daily broadcast of calls.

Most of the other laws regarding autodialers simply formalize a code of etiquette, decency, and respect which your company would probably follow anyway. Learn the laws, and you can expect good results and happy customers from your legal auto dialer.

Choosing a Wedding Photographer Made Easy
admin | June 3, 2009 | 1:37 pm | Office Cleaning | No comments

No doubt a wedding will be one of the most important moments that will happen in a person’s life. Many hours goes into a lot of the planning for the wedding. Probably all of the list of things to do in wedding planning are frustrating, stressful, and time consuming. That’s why it is critical that you do your homework when finding the right people for all the jobs. One of the very big jobs will be that of the photographer. From my experience as a San Diego wedding photographer I’ll show you it can be a few simple steps away.

Finding any wedding photographer is a huge task. There are several factors to consider when making this important selection. The photographs that you get from your wedding day will be some of the most memorable moments that you. The photos will be hanging on your walls for the rest of yourlife. One of the most obvious factors when choosing any photographer is price. A lot of photographers will charge you a certain price for a specific lenght of time for the wedding. It is important to know what will be included with that price up front
price. When it comes to finding a wedding photographer, the biggest upside to pricing is there is a lot of competition. Don’t forget, a lot of photographers will negotiate their price to fit what you need.

Another thing to think about and consider when choosing is the experience a person may have. Is this their first wedding job, or have they done a few? Their price might be a reflection of just how long and how many years of experience they have in business. Just because someone has a lot of experience doesn’t always mean they will be better. A lot times people that are just starting out and are trying to build a reputation for themselves will turn out to be great. The advantage of a person like that and going with them is you know they are going to give it their best. When looking for a wedding photographer, you will find people with varying levels of experience. Having a photographer do an interview can give you a good idea of what it will be like working with them.

A final thing to consider when making this decision is what type of personality the photographer has. Are they likely going to try call all the shots and decide on all your poses? Or are they going to let the bride and groom make some decisions? Another thing to think about is whether or not you want to be the one to make the important decisions on the photos. The bride and groom might have enough to worry about that day as it is. Take these factors and consider them when you choose your photographer. If you do, you will have some wonderful photos to cherish the rest of your lives.  Take it from me, your experienced San Diego photographer.
