Using Legal Auto Dialers To Find Customers
admin | June 24, 2009 | 8:38 pm | Office Cleaning | No comments

It sounds too good to be true – the autodialer dials your list of contacts, and customers call you back just a few minutes later. The question on many peoples’ minds is “Is this really legal?” if you take the time to know the law and follow it, using legal auto dialers to reach your customers can be a dream come true. If you don’t do your homework, it can result in thousands of dollars in legal fees.

First of all, don’t be fooled by services that advertise “legal auto dialer”. There are quite a few laws, both federal and state, that control the use of autodialer equipment, but the equipment has never been outlawed entirely. Contact the FCC office in Washington, DC to get a copy of the 1991 TCPA guidelines that govern cold-call telephone solicitation. You might try contacting your local Public Utility Commission and your State Attorney General for a copy of state guidelines.

The most important federal laws that govern use of your chosen autodialer software are those that pertain to the Do Not Call list. Downloading a copy of the Do Not Call list for the zip codes you are marketing to is an absolute must. Luckily, you can go to the federal website at http://telemarketing.donotcall.gov/ to download the list for as many as five zip codes, free of charge.

The other important regulation is the 2% rule. The FCC and FTC have ruled that  legal auto dialers must not cause more than a 2% call drop for call recipients during your businesses’ daily broadcast of calls.

Most of the other laws regarding autodialers simply formalize a code of etiquette, decency, and respect which your company would probably follow anyway. Learn the laws, and you can expect good results and happy customers from your legal auto dialer.

Get Everyone On Your Side With MLM Team Building Tools
admin | June 23, 2009 | 12:07 pm | Office Cleaning | No comments

When you discover a product or service that you like, the first thing you want to do is tell everyone else about it. The abundance of online customer review sites shows just how widespread this phenomenon has become. When you tell a friend about a new product, you have just become an unpaid salesperson for that company. Wouldn’t it be great if you could get paid just for sharing your discovery? That is the core concept behind MLM team building tools.

Multi-level marketing, or MLM, at its simplest is really just a formalized technique for compensated referrals. To give an example of how this can work, iBuzzPro is a recently popular autodialer/ voice broadcasting system that online network marketers are using to reach a large group of contacts at once.

Those users that feel the system has worked well for them have the option to refer their new customers to the very product the business owner used to reach them. This means in effect that your business has two opportunities to make a sale with every call; once for your own product, and once to sell the iBuzzPro service.

Some business owners use iBuzzPro as a MLM team building tool for their own MLM network. And others choose to simply join iBuzzPro’s own MLM network and market the autodialer software and service as their primary product. This is a good example of how a business can build a network of customers who are so satisfied that they turn around and become salespeople for your business.

When selecting your MLM team building tools, make sure that you have chosen the network that best fits your type of business. Avoid networks that require a regular large financial commitment or demand that you spend all your time building your downline. The easiest way is to find a satisfied customer who recommends a particular MLM team building tool.

MPV Hire vs Taxi
admin | June 19, 2009 | 4:33 am | Office Cleaning | No comments

If you planning a trip this year, then you need to consider transportation. When traveling you basically have two options, you can either hire a MPV or you need to hire a taxi each time you go somewhere. Each choice has its advantages and disadvantages. So you need to consider your options.

How Many People Will Travel?

Taxis are fine if you are traveling alone or with a small group. They can seat up to four people, as the driver takes up one spot. Groups of five or more should seriously consider hiring a MPV. This will ensure everyone stays together and can travel together.

How Much Will You Travel?

If you plan to go to a destination like a theme park and stay there. Then a taxi will be more convenient. You will only need to pay the taxi for trips to and from the airport. However, if you are sightseeing then you will want to hire a MPV. Hiring a MPV will be more cost efficient for multiple trips.

Rental cars save time when going from destination to destination. Taxis have to be called and waited for each time you leave a destination. Not knowing, where you are going is no longer a problem. With GPS available in more rental cars, navigation in an unfamiliar city is a breeze.

Are You Traveling with Luggage?

If you are traveling by yourself, then luggage is not a problem. Taxis have the ability to transport luggage with relative ease. However if you are traveling with several people, luggage space may become a problem. Most boots can only hold 3 maybe 4 pieces of luggage. Finding luggage space in taxis can become increasingly difficult. By renting a car, you can guarantee enough luggage space. All you need to do is hire a car big enough to suit your needs.

Choosing to hire a MPV or a taxi will come down to your needs. Taxis are good for single travelers not going many places. For groups or people going to multiple destinations, a MPV is a better deal.

Minibus Rental: Fun and Practical
admin | June 15, 2009 | 10:02 pm | Office Cleaning | No comments

If you are going out with a group of friends or playing escort for the company, then a minibus rental is your best option. It is only logical to hire a minibus when more than four people are going anywhere together. It only requires one driver and it means no one is left out or behind. Not to mention it is cheaper than hiring multiple taxis.

An important benefit of a minibus is that it only needs one driver. There is no need to hail multiple taxis or follow each other. This means only one person needs to know where they are going. For parties, one driver means more time having fun and less time locating a ride home. Plus, everybody gets in the same car allowing the fun to continue with no one being left out or behind.

Most rental car agencies have some sort of minibus available to rent. For the best deals, you need to do a little research as prices vary by company and by date. Like anything else, making a reservation in advance can save you both time and money. Waiting to the last minute or worse waiting till you are at the rental agency, will cost you more in the long run. It is always best to reserve the minibus at least a week in advance but the more notice you have the better deal you will find.

The requirements to hire a minibus are similar to renting a car. You will need a valid driver’s license and a credit card. The majority of rental car agencies will charge more if the driver is under 25 because they pose a higher risk. However, some rental car agency will rent a minibus to those as young as 21, just expect to pay more.

Selecting a Good Car Warranty
admin | June 15, 2009 | 9:36 am | Office Cleaning | No comments

If you are in the market for or recently purchased a new or used car, you probably, at least, considered purchasing a car warranty.  And if you did any research on car warranties, then you know that you have a tremendous amount of options.

In fact, deciding upon a car warranty can sometimes be as difficult as deciding upon which car to purchase.  When looking into warranties, understanding a few things about them will help you to make the best decision.

First of all, you need to know that you should not make your decision based solely on price.  The thing about car warranty companies is that each one offers a variety of warranties.  Similarly, each warranty company provides varying degrees of quality service.

As such, you need to understand not only the warranty itself, but the company providing the warranty as well.  Making your decision based only on the price of the warranty could land you with a warranty that fails to provide any tangible benefits.

Oftentimes, you get what you pay for as a consumer.  This rule is especially applicable in the auto warranty industry.  In other words, sometimes the cheapest warranties are low in cost because they fail to genuinely protect those who purchase them.

You may find a great price on a warranty but when it comes time to submit a repair under the warranty you find that the company refuses to pay.  This is worse than not having a warranty at all, as your expectations are not met and your money is wasted.

When shopping for a car warranty you want to find a company that will cover repairs at any facility.  Additionally, it is best to find a car warranty company who will deal directly with the mechanic.  Warranty companies which do these things are more likely to provide good service.  For more information on car warranties, visit http://www.autoservicewarranty.com.
